We had an excellent one night stay in November. The room was very large, the beds were comfortable, and entire hotel seemed clean and fresh. Parking was very convenient, we used the self park option for $30/night in the garage beneath the hotel. Overall this is a great hotel. I’d be happy to stay there again.

This is a great hotel. I'll continue to return here because the customer service is outstanding! The staff such as Rosie, Randall, Juan Carlos, and Brady were especially friendly and accommodating to me on this trip. The front desk staff pays attention to your needs. They all were very caring. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is clean and refreshing. The location is perfect!

Recently stayed here 5-25-23, the hotel was/is currently being renovated so be aware of that. Room was great and updated. Staff was very nice, parking was $30 which i felt was awful high considering most hotels we have stayed at did not charge for disabled parking. On a great note the hotel bar and grille was open and the food was actually really good. Alex was our host/server and he was very nice and attentive. Overall perfect location if visiting the Pasadena area.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a good experience. The cleanliness and other services were satisfactory. The AC & heater in our room was not maintained properly. Every time the AC was turning on like an old truck coming to life after a few years. It was noisy and smelled weird. We got house keeping regularly checking up on us so that was a good thing. Word of advise, bring your own water. They do give you some water but if your stay is longer, you don't wanna keep asking for water bottles. Nor you may want to drink from tap.

This hotel is super cute. I loved my room. It had some character with stairs, and it was huge. The Starbucks was easy to get every morning. The service at the front desk was wonderful. Plus, the location is perfect in Pasadena. I was able to walk around to many restaurants and shopping during my work trip.
