Amazing customer service!! Came here on a Sunday afternoon last minute for a self service wash and so glad that I found this place. Kate was super friendly and helpful. My senior border collie was a little less than excited to be bathed but Kate made him feel right at home (offering him treats which he gladly accepted). They have 3 wash stations, luckily I called ahead and reserved a spot so I was able to get in right away. They have a lot of choices for shampoo, special shampoo for heads/faces (tearless), conditioner, cotton balls for ears and even an ear muff for blow drying. I've always thought about buying the ear muff, glad that I was able to test it first because my baby definitely doesn't care if it's on or off! In addition there are multiple kinds of brushes and combs, a sturdy water-proof apron, towels and a very powerful blow dryer at each station with multiple settings. Currently they only accept cash, venmo or zelle so be prepared, I have venmo and zelle so it wasn't a problem for me. Most self service places will leave you to your washing, this place felt much warmer, the extra effort to make my big baby feel at home meant a lot... that sort of kindness is rare. I will definitely be coming back here, and highly recommend this place. :)
I stumbled upon Wet Paws Dog when I was looking for an alternative to the pet store dog self washes. It was super easy to make an appointment just called the number and they fit me right in. I have now taken 2 of our dogs one of which is reactive towards other dogs. They were so accommodating and allowed us to use the tub in the room so we could bathe him without problems. It definitely is so nice being able to use an actual dog bathing tub as opposed to your tub at home! They provide all the necessities and are so knowledgeable. I even was able to get one of my dogs nails done while we were there which was a game changer because he’s pretty difficult to do at home. We have also dropped our third dog off for full grooming and she came back looking amazing!! I cannot wait to take my dogs back and continue supporting this amazing small business thats just in our backyard 🤍
Kobe had the full treatment and he’s so happy!! I’ve had issues in the past but the staff were so loving and gentle with him. No trauma at Wet Paws! Definitely our new spot!
I've taken my husky to wet paws since she was 4 months old, she is now 8. When the owner switch happen I was sad because there was a lot of unknowns. Those unknowns quickly went away when I met the new owners and saw there was no change in customer service and my dog was a extremely happy after every bath. I highly recommend this place and pray this place stays open for many more years. Oh and they do ana amazing good job when my husky is blowing her coat. The deshed they do is immaculate.
Ideal place for a self wash or to have them bathe your dog! Very reasonable pricing and the staff are all just so friendly & patient - especially with my challenging dog. So happy to have them back after the Eaton fire!!
