The food here is amazing! Even if you don’t live in the area, it’s worth the drive! Crispy pork belly was best dish we had, followed by the beef panang curry. Pad Thai and pineapple fried were both above par. I think we would have ordered the whole menu if we could keep eating. It’s really that good. Unfortunately they ran out of the duck, was really looking forward to that one.
Miya - quaint Thai gem of a place in a residential neighborhood. The kind of place only locals in the hood know about and frequent, far from the center of commerce, but quaint enough to be the epicenter of town. The food is super fresh. Wide selection of traditional Thai fare done well. So good we came twice over the weekend. So glad to see places like this with personality and taste. 70s Thai Film Posters and Patrick Nagel’s Rio. The type of home cooked meal we like coming home to. Kob Khun Krab.
It's hit and missed here. Thai fried rice doesn't taste Thai at all while glass noodles fried taste exactly as Thai traditional taste. Has to tips n order first before seating. Can't ask for bowl coz they said they do not have one. Basically you have to get up n get togo boxes on ur own server came just once to bring the food. I wouldn't go back but cozy little place. A bit pricey for the portion given.
We love being able to support small businesses such as Miya, especially after all our community has been through with the fire. Happy to see them busy even on a weeknight! As for the food, delicious, authentic, and great for sharing!
I had the pleasure of enjoying lunch here with my daughter last week, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made our time together even more special. The food was exceptional—each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully prepared, and truly authentic. Every bite reflected a level of care and craftsmanship that is increasingly rare to find. It’s clear that this restaurant takes great pride in both its cuisine and the experience it offers its guests. Without a doubt, this has become one of my favorite dining spots in Southern California. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and satisfying meal.
