I cannot say enough about the incredible dedication and care at Mini Dental Loft. During a long holiday weekend, our family faced a dental emergency with my dad’s dentures. Dr. Han and her husband, Peter, completely came to the rescue—they took our call at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning and agreed to squeeze us in.
Our flight landed at 3:00 PM, and they stayed open just to take our appointment right before their office officially closed for the weekend.
When we arrived, they not only fixed the immediate issue but also suggested a comprehensive repair to ensure they would last. They rushed the process and had everything done within 24 hours. It was an immense relief knowing my dad would be able to eat comfortably and that we didn't have to worry about his dentures for the rest of our trip.
On top of that, they went above and beyond with their lab connections to ensure the final adjustments were absolutely perfect. Dr. Han and Peter truly treated my parents as if they were their own family, even giving up their own holiday weekend time to open the office for us.
We are visiting from San Francisco, but the exceptional care we received here makes us want to come back just for our future dental appointments. Thank you so much again!
THE best staff. Everyone is always so friendly. My experience here is always so positive, which, for a dentist visit, is high praise. Also, they seem to be on the cutting edge of technology, using preventative treatments to minimize future tooth decay. I really appreciate the high level of service. 10/10 A++
I’ve only been into this office once so far for an emergency tooth shaving because I was in pain, and I haven’t had my follow-up appointment yet. That said, Dr. Han has been incredibly caring, patient, and understanding. She put together a thoughtful, comprehensive plan to address my dental concerns.
What really stood out was the follow-up. The office texted to check on me, and Dr. Han personally called the next day to discuss next steps and further treatment. That level of attention meant a lot.
I also want to mention how kind and empathetic the front desk team is. They truly listened to my concerns when I arrived and made me feel heard even before I saw the doctor.
I highly recommend this practice and will be sending my husband here for his cleaning as well.
The dentist was great, warm and welcoming. I felt like she had great expertise and put a lot of thought into her patient care. On the other hand, I found their office and secondary staff unprofessional and off putting. If I hadn’t put a deposit toward my next appointment, I would never return.
Great experience, riza was really nice, thorough, and informative. The staff were a breath of fresh air and they made sure I was comfortable with complimentary blankets, eye patches, and steam towels. They made sure to answer any questions I had before leaving and provided recommendations based on my needs. This was my first dental experience without my parents as a kid and I will definitely be back for all my future dental needs. They also have a very good doggy named cashew which is a plus.
