My go to bank to do simple cash checks. Something about this place is just very nice to walk into. Customer service, very nice and welcoming. Security guards are nice and respectful as well.

All doors except for 1 are locked, so you have to go around the whole building, isn't that some kind of fire hazard? The nearest 3 branches are closed and they only have 2 tellers open. Line going around the lobby already.

Absolutely HORRIBLE bank! They don’t go in order at all! I was the second person standing in line (in the business line) mind you there was only 1 person at the time in front of me at regular customers line. Three people came in AFTER me and ALL three were helped out before me! When I brought it up to the teller her response was “I’m helping you now” If this wasn’t the closest location to the buisness I would definitely NOT come back!

Outstanding service from a lady working at the teller window at opening time. Needed help with cracked debit card. After helping me with my withdrawal, she closed her window came out into the lobby to find someone to show me how to replace my card on the app then set my incoming card up on Google Pay. She walk me over to another employee and introduced me. How she interacted with the other staff member made me think she must be in leadership at this BofA. Great experience.

No one gives a fly about you at this bank. It’s gotta be a way to bankrupt them. They are ignoring the very people who got them here.
