I always enjoy coming to this branch because the front-line staff are extremely professional, fast, and very knowledgeable. They clearly know exactly what they’re doing and always make the process smooth and efficient.
I also want to give a special shoutout to one of the front-line staff members, Elvis. He is very knowledgeable, calm, and patient. He really took the time to listen to what I needed and explained clearly what actions they could take to help me. I truly appreciated how professional and understanding he was throughout the entire process.
Honestly, this feels like more than just a bank. The level of care and guidance I received felt more like speaking with a trusted advisor than simply doing a transaction. Excellent customer service overall!
I had a very disappointing experience while trying to open an account at this branch. The young girl handling account openings was dismissive from the beginning and told me I couldn’t open an account before even properly verifying my identity or understanding my situation.
She asked several unnecessary and unrelated questions, including why I didn’t go to a bank closer to where I live — even though she didn’t even know where I live. Her attitude felt overly defensive and suspicious, as if I was being treated like a criminal rather than a potential customer.
Customer service should be respectful and professional. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel judged and unwelcome
Parking is a pain, but now I meter for quick runs into the branch. I found out that they do validate if you park in underground entering on Union. East West has a solid reputation about being thorough. This branch has low traffic and all the staff are very helpful.
Pics or it didn’t happen these are some of the biggest scammers in the world.. 1st I used them to buy my home and they took so long to close that I lost my job waiting on them seeing in 2017 I was a OTR trucker. Next seeing that I get paid weekly I decided to round up mortgage and divide by four to make it easy to pay .. guess who took 5 payments 1 month and 3 the next so they could add a late fee. You guessed it these guys. They basically told me they can’t count . I decided to refinance my home in order to start a business 1st it took them 4 ever then in only a year they went up on the interest rate about double . it goes up every other month I’m guessing cuz I am paying it off so fast they want a higher percentage to get as much as they can get off this deal…the last one I got was 8.75% if I’m not mistaken,but I added the ones I just found before I trash them. (I folded out my info )they’re not here to help they here to take I’ll never buy another home or do any more business with them After I pay back the 90k when it started @ 125k in only 5 years ..update it went up more it’s about 10% now
There is usually no wait, and the tellers are always willing to assist. On the few occasions I've had to wait, the personnel were always professional and apologized for keeping me waiting. Other branches may not even acknowledge you, but their personnel are well-trained in customer service.
